New MCC AdWords Dashboard Script
We have built a new AdWords Dashboard Script to control multiple customer accounts. Now differences between 2 comparison periods can be observed perfectly.
The script addresses all AdWords accounts that have a defined label. And checks campaign values for percentage differences. The AdWords Script therefore outputs one account per sheet in a Google Spreadsheet. Most values are presented with the following calculation:
(Zeitraum / Vergleichszeitrum)-1*100 = Veränderung in Prozent
Furthermore, we display the Cost-Revenue-Ratio (CRR):
(cost_current / conversionValue_current) / (cost_past / conversionValue_past)= percentual_change
And lastly, the Cost-Revenue-Ratio including the prepared click and impressions conversion value, so:
(cost / (conversionValue + clickAssistedConversionsValue + impressionAssistedConversionValue)) = value_current_period
(cost / (conversionValue + clickAssistedConversionsValue + impressionAssistedConversionValue)) = value_past_period
(value_current_period / value_past_period) - 1 = percentual_change
The comparison period for changes and from what percentage the numbers should be colored can be adjusted. Output comparison values:
Campaign Name, Impressions, Clicks, Average CPC, Costs, CRR, Total CRR, Conversions, Conversion Rate, Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Average Position, Time on Website, Bounce Rate, Click-through-rate.
The columns of the languages can be easily adjusted via variables. Particularly good: If needed, individual worksheets of the spreadsheet can be shared with customers / employees without giving access to the entire file.
